Eu descobri graças a Zanna por mencionar a duplicação e a solução por Anto . Existem alguns problemas com o ppa do google chrome em /etc/apt/sources.list.d que teve que ser removido.

Eu tentei remover o chrome e reinstalá-lo novamente, mas o problema não parece ser a partir daí.
