NO_PUBKEY erro ao tentar reinstalar o Ubuntu Software Center [duplicado]

Eu tento executar o comando sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get --reinstall software-center , mas a resposta abaixo é a seguinte:

E: Command line option --reinstall is not understood

Primeiro: eu removo "View File" do Software Ubuntu Center, após o qual meu Software Ubuntu Center também foi excluído.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:appgrid/stable
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install appgrid
