erro de configuração no oracle

Estou tentando instalar a ferramenta oracle 11g, mas estou recebendo este erro ao configurá-lo. Por favor, me ajude. Agradecemos antecipadamente.

Tudo correu bem até o passo 3, eu instalei o arquivo .deb oracle e na próxima etapa quando eu tento configurar o oracle com este comando

sudo /etc/init.d/oracle-xe configure
