Estou usando o Ubuntu 12.04.
Quando estou tentando instalar o pacote libpq-dev estou recebendo o seguinte erro.

Eu tentei muitas coisas depois do googling, mas nada deu certo.Eu tentei sudo apt-get update & amp; sudo apt-get install libpq-dev --fix-missing mas sem sorte.
Uma chave pública PGP correta e atualizada deve ser instalada para usar o repositório apt.postgresql.org. Com base nas mensagens de erro, parece que isso é o que está falhando no seu caso.
