O Ubuntu insserv rejeitou o cabeçalho do script

Question

Estou constantemente recebendo este erro enquanto tento instalar ou limpar quaisquer pacotes -

Eu apaguei o arquivo selinux localizado em /etc/init.d e nenhum problema depois disso.

Estava aparecendo nos erros como na pergunta -

insserv: Starting selinux depends on rc.local and therefore on system facility '$all' which can not be true!
