Senha perdida do HDD. não pode obter hdparm para passar

Eu tive este laptop por 3 anos e decidi mexer com senhas do BIOS e coloquei uma senha no meu disco rígido. Acontece que dentro de alguns dias de ter o papel em mim com a minha senha, eu perdi oe ofc eu esqueci de fazer um backup.
Estou usando hdparm, mas não estou tendo sorte.
Eu tenho um satélite toshiba P75-a7200. Estoque hd se isso ajuda.

Eu inseri esta linha.
