networking - não consigo abrir portas no Ubuntu 16.04 VPS

Recentemente, criei um VPS Ubuntu 16.04 usando o DigitalOcean . Eu instalei o OpenVPN usando este script . Mas nenhum dos meus portos está aberto. Apenas 22 está funcionando. Eu quero abrir 1194 e 443 portas. Por favor, ajude!
