Houve uma atualização de software no 16.04 e depois de instalar atualizações, não consigo instalar novos pacotes facilmente. Não lista mais pacotes adicionais necessários. Por exemplo:

, ele listava pacotes adicionais.
E agora Aptitude: (às vezes o aptitude funciona bem, ele faz o download de todos os recursos necessários)

Agora funciona, depois do downgrades ele faz o download de tudo.
Atualização: eliminei o Skype. Parece que sudo apt-get install skype -f
também funciona. Não deveria, por padrão, recomendar / sugerir o pacote como de costume?
