Como instalar os pacotes libtiff4-dev e liblcms1-dev?

Eu uso o Ubuntu 16.04.

Eu quero instalar dependências para o projeto django.

Quando eu tento (aqui estão as dependências)

sudo ./install_os_dependencies.sh install

Imprime um erro

Package libtiff4-dev is not available, but is referred to by another package.

However the following packages replace it:
libtiff5-dev:i386 libtiff5-dev

Como instalar os pacotes acima?

Eu instalei pacotes. Acabei de mudar os nomes dos pacotes em requirements.apt

de libtiff4-dev para libtiff5-dev e

de liblcms1-dev a liblcms2-dev

Porque meu Ubuntu 16.04 não usa libtiff4-dev e liblcms1-dev
