Toneladas de dependências não atendidas ao tentar instalar o WINE Ubuntu 14.04

Basicamente, este é um problema bastante comum, mas as sugestões que encontrei não funcionaram para mim.

Eu tentei coisas como adicionar repositórios oficiais do ubuntu e do wine (+ sudo apt-get update). Então eu tentei remover todos os reporsitory em sources.list e sources.list.d e somente ter os oficiais / default. Eu não acho que eu segurei pacotes, pois não tenho saída para

sudo dpkg --get-selections | grep hold

Não sei o que aconteceu com a minha instalação do Ubuntu, especialmente não sou a única pessoa a utilizar este sistema.

Alguma idéia?

Eu apenas tentei

sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get autoclean

e isso parece ter ajudado. Então, a instalação do vinho parece estar indo sem um problema. Eu conhecia os comandos, mas esqueci de experimentá-los ...

Um erro estúpido. No entanto, desde que eu fiz bastante googling e navegação askubuntu e tropeçou em "autoclean / clean" horas lates pode não ser uma má idéia deixar esta questão para a próxima pessoa, mas a comunidade pode decidir.
