Para o telefone Ubuntu, como os erros “dispositivo off-line” e “dispositivo não encontrado” devem ser endereçados ao reflashing?

Estou tentando reflash um telefone Aquaris E4.5 Ubuntu. Quando faço isso, recebo vários erros, resultando na entrada do dispositivo em um loop de inicialização. O que pode estar errado? Como o Ubuntu pode ser exibido no dispositivo corretamente? O dispositivo parece entrar fastboot com sucesso.
