Estou tentando atualizar o software usando o Software Updater, mas ele ficou no meio da instalação mostrando "pré-configurando o pacote ..." (todas as atualizações foram baixadas).
Então eu tenho um sinal vermelho no canto superior direito da minha tela mostrando:

Então eu tentei
sudo apt-get install --fix-broken
Então eu ainda tenho erros assim:

Eu fiz alguma pesquisa no Ask Ubuntu, parece que há problemas de dependência durante a minha atualização. Alguns sugerem que exclua os arquivos .deb e execute novamente a atualização. Não parece uma boa idéia, já que não tenho idéia do que são os dois arquivos.
Alguém tem uma idéia do que está acontecendo?

Eu tentei a solução de Sayed em aqui
sudo fuser -v /var/cache/debconf/config.dat
sudo kill PID
Então tentei atualizar novamente:
sudo apt-get upgrade
E tem saída:

Como devo fazer isso?
