E: O pacote 'pkg-config' não tem candidato de instalação [fechado]

Question

Estou no Ubuntu 14.10 e tento instalar o novo driver mongodb, mas tenho este erro:

configure: error: Cannot find OpenSSL's libraries
ERROR: '/tmp/pear/temp/mongodb/configure' failed

Acho que preciso antes de instalar o novo driver para instalar o pkg-config, mas quando tento isso eu recebo seguinte erro:

E: Package 'pkg-config' has no installation candidate

Alguém por favor pode me ajudar?

Ubuntu 14.10: Por favor, substitua todo o texto em /etc/apt/sources.list com este novo texto

Instalando "bibliotecas do OpenSSL": sudo apt-get install libssl-dev pkg-config
