Eu resolvi meu problema removendo o ubuntu 14.04 e instalando o elementary OS. Eu estava meio que duvidoso no começo, mas wow elementary é um ótimo SO muito sólido até agora não teve problemas.
Eu instalei o ubuntu 14.04.4 no meu laptop por último e ele continua me desconectando. Não é minha configuração de exibição eu tenho que definir para nunca desligar a tela. quando ele me desconecta, ele fecha todos os programas e desliga o num lock, quase como se estivesse reinicializando, mas não reiniciando completamente. Eu acho que pode ser um problema xorg, mas não entendo como consertar isso.
Eu tentei mudar minha aceleração de hardware de boa para rápida e ela não funcionou, então eu cansei de trocá-la de rápida para melhor e isso ainda não funcionou.
