não pode instalar o qtbase5-dev devido a dependências não atendidas

Eu preciso instalar o qtbase5-dev, mas

$> sudo apt-get install qtbase5-dev

Eu tenho uma condição de menta (quase ~ 24h sem qualquer alteração manual somente no apt-get install) ubuntu-gnome 14.04.2 instalado.

Como eu preciso ser capaz de usar o pyqt5, que depende do qt5-default, que depende do gt5base-dev Eu queria saber como eu posso consertar essa situação?

Posso instalar versões antigas de pacotes?

Eu 'consertei' o problema instalando um 'antigo' ubuntu 14.04 (no .2) - o problema não ocorre mais.
