Tem a certeza de que não a desativou com uma chave de hardware?
Eu apenas experimentei meu cartão 7260 e desativar com a chave de hardware significa que ele não aparecerá no ifconfig, então acho que isso é problema seu. Seu cartão deve funcionar imediatamente!
