O Wireless não funciona no Lenovo z50 (com o Qualcomm Atheros) no Ubuntu 15.10

Question

Acabei de instalar o Ubuntu 15.10 em um laptop Lenovo Z50 e o wireless não funciona.

Deu-me * -network NÃO RECLAMADA no começo. Graças a este guia Eu tenho o driver instalado, mas o wireless ainda não funciona. Talvez esteja instalado, mas não esteja funcionando? O comando acima agora retorna:

Isto do seu dmesg me diz que você está usando o firmware do github do kvalo e não do atondwal

O firmware de Atondwal teria mostrado

fw atheros-12.0.0.102-fw api 5 

Para corrigir o problema de firmware
