Tente redefinir as configurações da BIOS para os padrões e salvar as alterações.

Eu tive um problema parecido, e estava tentando reinstalar meus drivers, mudei algo usando terminal, mas nada funcionou, exceto os dois passos. Eles são fáceis e rápidos, mas podem não necessariamente resolver seu problema, apenas minha sugestão

  1. Você verificou se o botão físico sem fio do seu computador está ativado ou não? A maioria dos laptops tem led indicador sem fio, verifique se o led acende ou não a luz.

  2. Tente ativar o wireless do painel de rede
