Como instalar o openssh cilent e o servidor no ubundu 13.04. Eu tentei sudo apt-get instalar openssh-client em 13.04, mas eu tenho esse erro. Eu não consegui instalá-lo.

O cliente SSH é geralmente instalado no Ubuntu. Não há necessidade de instalá-lo novamente. Em segundo lugar, o 13.04 não é mais suportado. Por favor, atualize para o LTS mais recente.
