O Ubuntu congela aleatoriamente, nada funciona

Já passou um mês com este problema e a minha vida é um inferno.

eu tinha ubutnu há 5 meses atrás e eu mudei para o windows depois de um erro que limpou todo o meu HDD, e cerca de um mês atrás eu voltei para ubutnu 15.04, eu tive o problema que todo o sistema congela (mouse , teclado, etc.) até eu usar o truque (SysRq + RESUIB) que resulta em uma reinicialização completa do sistema e na perda dos meus dados, mudei para o 14.04 LTS e tive o problema novamente.

Eu fiz um memtest e ele não mostrou nenhum erro, eu tentei rodar somente no meu GPU Intel integrado, mas nada aconteceu e o problema ainda existe, eu perguntei por aí e vi os posts anteriores mas nada ajudou. Aqui está a saída do lspci -v:

Você precisa instalar os drivers de vídeo da AMD. Correr no terminal

sudo apt-get install fglrx-updates

e reinicie.
