Não consigo ativar o Pipelight?

Eu tenho tentado instalar pipelight no Kubuntu (eu já iniciei o dual no meu chromebook). No entanto, quando tento ativar o pipelight, ele não funciona.

(precise)george@localhost:~$ sudo pipelight-plugin --enable silverlight
sudo: pipelight-plugin: command not found

Reinstale o pipelight usando o repositório correto:

sudo apt-add-repository ppa:pipelight/stable 
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install --install-recommends pipelight-multi

Se nenhum desses comandos deu um erro, digite

sudo pipelight-plugin --update
