You need to install a 3D graphics library, preferably
the free OpenGL replacement, Mesa. You can download
Mesa from the Mesa home page:
        http://www.mesa3d.org/
and install it by running:
       ./configure && make && su -c 'make install'
in the Mesa directory.
You may also need to run /sbin/ldconfig as root
to update the system after installing Mesa.
(First, add '/usr/local/lib' to /etc/ld.so.conf if
you installed Mesa under /usr/local, the default.)

configure: error: couldn't find 3D graphics library

Alguma ideia? P.S. Eu sou novato no linux

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install libgl1-mesa-dev libgl1-mesa-glx libgl1-mesa-drv libgles1-mesa-dev libgles2-mesa-dev libglu1-mesa-dev libosmesa6-dev libegl1-mesa-dev libglapi-mesa libgbm-dev

Se você quiser alguma nova versão do OpenGL que não esteja incluída na sua versão do Ubuntu, use ppa :

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:oibaf/graphics-drivers
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-video-intel

O último comando também atualiza todas as bibliotecas mesa . Se algo "dev" for perdido, tente usar a lista de bibliotecas explícitas mesa do parágrafo anterior.

Para remover a versão do ppa :

sudo apt-get install ppa-purge
sudo ppa-purge ppa:oibaf/graphics-drivers
