Mousewheel de mouse para jogos parou de funcionar - como redefinir / consertá-lo?

De repente, a roda do meu G9x parou de funcionar. Os outros botões funcionam bem, eu posso até usar a roda do mouse para rolar para a esquerda e para a direita, empurrando a roda do mouse para um lado ou outro. Eu me pergunto qual seria a melhor maneira de fazê-lo funcionar novamente. Eu não quero reinstalar todo o sistema, apenas para voltar a funcionar novamente.

EDITAR : Ao usar xinput test 12 , posso confirmar que nada é rastreado para a roda do mouse (a esquerda e a direita são consideradas botões). O mesmo é verdade para xev .

EDIT2 : Eu resizei o xorg via:

sudo apt-get remove --purge xserver-xorg
sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg
sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg

Sem nenhum efeito. Agora xinput test # não mostra nada, embora o mouse ainda esteja funcionando.

xinput list mostra dois mouses, um para o mouse e outro para a roda de rolagem, como parece:

Eu voltei a trabalhar de novo. Foi o que eu fiz:

  1. Inicializando o Windows (não sei se isso é realmente necessário)
  2. Alterar o perfil do meu mouse por meio do botão de perfil na parte inferior do dispositivo e dos botões de velocidade do mouse.
  3. Está muito feliz por finalmente estar funcionando novamente.

Pode ser que um dos perfis salvos no mouse tenha uma configuração estranha e que eu estivesse mudando o perfil sem estar ciente disso: $

Acabei de fixar o meu ... existe um sensor que pode ser bloqueado. Depois de ler este , Eu simplesmente peguei o espanador de lata com o canudo, inclinei a roda e dei vários sprays bons em cada lado da roda. Ele imediatamente começou a trabalhar de novo ... Os mouses para jogos são bem estranhos com o Ubuntu.

  • Se você puder, inicialize em um PC Windows
  • Instale o s / w que veio com o mouse.
  • Configure seu "Perfil do mouse" para o que você deseja.
  • Inicialize no Ubuntu para verificar se está funcionando bem agora.
