Por que você está usando o xorg.conf para definir a resolução e não as configurações - > Exibir?
Para fazê-lo funcionar novamente, pressione ctrl + alt + F1 para abrir um tty e, em seguida, faça o login.
Remova o arquivo xorg.conf que você criou e reinicie.
Se a resolução que você quer está faltando use:
-
cvt 1920 1080 60
para criar uma nova modeline. -
xrandr --newmode "1920x1080_60.00" 173.00 1920 2048 2248 2576 1080 1083 1088 1120 -hsync +vsync
para criar um novo modo.
Em seguida, crie o arquivo /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-monitor.conf
.
Com o seguinte conteúdo:
Section "Monitor"
Identifier "Monitor0"
<INSERT MODELINE HERE>
EndSection
Section "Screen"
Identifier "Screen0"
Device "<INSERT DEVICE HERE>"
Monitor "Monitor0"
DefaultDepth 24
SubSection "Display"
Depth 24
Modes "<INSERT MODENAME HERE>"
EndSubSection
EndSection
