Tente instalar o abaixo,
sudo apt-get install update-manager-core
sudo do-release-upgrade
Depois disso, use sudo apt-get update
Estou executando o Ubuntu 13.04 no VirtualBox 4.3.20. Continuo recebendo a mensagem de erro mostrada no título quando tento fazer o download de qualquer coisa no Centro de Software.
Eu tentei alterar servidores em "Software e atualizações"
e isso não funcionou. Eu digitei sudo apt-get update no console e foi isso que me deu:
