Eu sou novo no Linux. Eu instalei o Ubuntu14.04 alguns dias atrás. Sempre que eu instalei qualquer programa no Ubuntu Software Center. Ele me mostra uma mensagem como Package operation failed:The installation or removal of a software package failed .
O que isso significa?

Isso significa que você precisa definir sua localidade.

Para lidar com o problema do DKMS (aviso: isso removerá a configuração do hspa-modem):
sudo apt-get purge hspa-modem-dkms
sudo apt-get install hspa-modem-dkms
Claro, se você instalou o hspa-modem-dkms com o dpkg, então vá em frente e instale-o da mesma maneira que você fez antes.
