Inicialize o Windows 8 de outro disco [duplicado]

Estou tentando adicionar um SSD do Windows 8 ao menu de inicialização. Mas o que eu consegui apenas é uma tela em branco depois de selecionar a entrada do menu personalizado para o Windows 8. Não tenho problemas para inicializar o Windows 8 quando alterno a ordem de inicialização usando o UEFI.

Esta é a minha entrada de menu personalizada:

Eu também tentei adicionar a partição, mas isso sempre me leva à mensagem:

no such partition...

O que estou fazendo de errado?

O problema é que usei o modo BIOS para o modo Ubuntu e UEFI para Windows. Depois que eu mudei para o modo UEFI através de algumas configurações da minha placa-mãe e reinstalei o Ubuntu, ele funcionou perfeitamente.
