Permissão negada para transferir arquivos do servidor remoto

Prezada comunidade ubuntu quando eu copio o arquivo do servidor remoto (após o login no servidor do meu computador de casa) usando comandos scp da seguinte forma 

scp -v CNTPEPRSOLIONSfullcputest.log  [email protected]:~/

pede a senha da raiz Embora eu. Eu forneço não aceita por 3 vezes e então eu recebo Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-with-mic,password)

Se você estiver copiando arquivos de seu servidor remoto

Então, por que o endereço especificado local 127.0.0.1

Quando inserido a partir do seu prompt local . O comando deve ler 

scp REMOTE_USER@REMOTE_ADDR:/remote/file/location /local/file/location
