Skype e outros aplicativos no XUbuntu 13.10 64bits

Por favor, leia atentamente antes de marcar isso como duplicado, eu passei muito tempo procurando uma solução para este problema, aqui e googling, também no XUbuntu irc channel, mas não consigo encontrar um fix jet. / p>

Eu estou no XUbuntu 13.10 64bits (agora atualizado para 14.04), aqui está meu /etc/apt/sources.list (sources.list.d está vazio):

Claro que fiz isso:

sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386
sudo apt-get update

Depois de sudo apt-get update , corri sudo apt-get install skype e recebi isto:

Eu não quero apenas instalar o skype , mas como enfrentei o mesmo problema com outros programas, como teamviewer , gostaria de saber exatamente o que está acontecendo e como para consertar isso.

EDIT: Encontrei o parâmetro Debug do apt-get, espero que isso traga alguma luz para o problema
