Eu tentei tantas coisas, que não tenho ideia de como resolver isso.

Eu quero atualizar meus pacotes no meu servidor. Para isso eu faço o seguinte:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

Recebo então a seguinte resposta:

Alguém tem alguma ideia de como resolver isso?

Como Avinash Raj sugeriu que eu retenha os dados comuns da libavahi e execute seus comandos. Eu recebo o seguinte:

Simplesmente segure o pacote libavahi-common-data para evitar que ele seja atualizado, para que ele não apareça na lista pacotes que precisam de upgrade .

sudo apt-mark hold libavahi-common-data

Agora, execute os comandos abaixo para remover todos os pacotes não utilizados e para corrigir as dependências,

sudo apt-get autoremove
sudo apt-get install -f
