LC_COLLATE="it_IT.UTF-8"
...
em seguida, gere o locale e finalmente reconfigure (substitua it_IT.UTF-8 pelo seu idioma):
sudo locale-gen it_IT.UTF-8
sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales
