Meu servidor está me fazendo baixar o código em vez de executá-lo

Estou executando um servidor Ubuntu 12.04, mas infelizmente não estou conseguindo fazer com que o interpretador execute o código exatamente. Estou usando o nvm lvm criptografado e aqui está o conf.d (parte principal):

Outra coisa que estou em dúvida é como exatamente posso verificar quais módulos eu instalei no momento? Eu quero executar sqli, php e jquery por exemplo, mas fica muito confuso porque eu estou sempre em dúvida do que tenho e não tenho instalado e como devo proceder para instalar o que eu preciso ...

Você não tem manipulador para php.

faça:

apt-get install php5-fpm 

e adicione isso ao seu virtualhost:
