Nenhum adaptador Bluetooth encontrado no Ubuntu 13.04

Question

Eu tenho tentativas quase tudo, mas não consegui ligar o Bluetooth e finalmente consegui saber que o adaptador Bluetooth não está instalado no meu dell Inspiron N5010 ..

O que eu fiz ..

1. BIOS check - BIOS verificado e Bluetooth já está ativado.
2. No Windows - eu o liguei e usei para ver se é um problema de hardware, mas funciona em janelas.
3. Bluetooth Manager - Instalou, mas não funcionou.

Não tenho muita experiência com o bluetooth, mas tentaria garantir que todo o meu software esteja instalado. Este wiki sugere

sudo apt-get install bluez python-gobject python-dbus
