O seu wubi.exe não está atualizado. Para 12.04.3 você precisa de rev.279.
Estou tentando instalar o kubuntu 12 com o wubi, mas recebo
Cannot download the metalink and therefore the ISO
toda vez que eu tento instalar.
Meu nome ISO é
kubuntu-12.04.3-desktop-i386
Im executando o Windows 7 x86, eu também tentei o parâmetro "--32bit" mas nada funciona.
