Não é possível encontrar plasmawallpaperviewer

Recentemente, eu entro nisso: Tutorial do Wallpaper de Plasma Meu problema é:

plasmawallpaperviewer -p tutorial

Quando tento fazer isso, o konsole diz:

The program 'plasmawallpaperviewer' is currently not installed. You can install it by typing:
sudo apt-get install kde-workspace-bin

Então eu tentei:

sudo apt-get install kde-workspace-bin

E diz:

Eu tenho o kde-workspace-bin, mas não o plasmawallpaperviewer, o que posso fazer?

Pacote: plasmate

Você tem o pacote plasmate instalado?

Com o Kubuntu 13.04 / KDE 4.10.5:

:~$ apt-file search plasmawallpaperviewer

plasmate: /usr/bin/plasmawallpaperviewer
