Isso acontece quando - durante a instalação - o upstart tenta iniciar o mysqld e falha por algum motivo.
Por favor, verifique o / var / log / syslog ou o mysql logs em / var / log / mysql para erros ao iniciar o mysqld. Isso deve ajudá-lo a depurar, qual problema está impedindo que o mysqld inicie corretamente.
