Atualização do servidor Ubuntu 11.04 para 11.10 falha

Estou tentando atualizar nosso servidor Ubuntu 11.04 para 11.10. Eu fiz um apt-get update e apt-get dist-upgrade . Agora estou tentando executar a atualização do-release. Este é o erro que recebo:

O problema provavelmente está do seu lado, já que consegui baixar o mesmo arquivo de casa.

Provavelmente existe um "sistema de prevenção contra intrusões" sofisticado que era muito estritamente configurado em sua extremidade que está impedindo o download do arquivo.

Basta encontrar um, copiar o link de download, wget e instalá-lo com dpkg (dpkg -i librpmsign0_4.9.0-7_amd64.deb) antes de iniciar a atualização novamente.

Se isso falhar, tente alterar o repositório usado em /etc/apt/sources.list.

Se isso falhar, você precisará adicionar exceções ao IPS.
