Você tem dois problemas aqui:

1. Você não tem chaves públicas para alguns repositórios. Isso significa que o seu gerenciador de pacotes considera esses repositórios inseguros. Este site deve ajudá-lo a recuperar as chaves e atualizar seu banco de dados apt.
2. Seu computador não pode se conectar a um repositório. Existem muitas razões possíveis para isso. Pode ser devido a configurações de rede erradas em sua máquina, ou o repositório pode estar inativo, ou ...
