O GIMP desapareceu

Question

Sou um usuário muito novo do Ubuntu. Eu mandei alguém instalar tudo para mim, incluindo o GIMP, mas desde a minha última atualização ele simplesmente desapareceu.

Eu encontrei alguma ajuda sobre o assunto, mas todos me dizem para instalar pacotes e eu não sei como fazer isso.

Sempre que tento executar qualquer um desses comandos, recebo uma resposta assim:

Quando digito o GIMP no Terminal, recebo:

The program 'gimp' is currently not installed. You can install it by typing:
sudo apt-get install gimp

Então eu tento o apt-get e é isso que vem depois:

E: Invalid operation gimp

Devo reinstalar todo o sistema? Qualquer um pode ajudar por favor? : (

Ok, eu deletei o arquivo (yay!). Eu tenho os seguintes erros:

Primeiro - vamos lidar com o erro em sources.list.d

Faça Alt + F2 e execute este comando

gksudo nautilus /etc/apt/sources.list.d/

Ser-lhe-á pedida a palavra-passe - esta é a sua palavra-passe.

O gerenciador de arquivos abrirá no local correto, procure

% bl0ck_qu0te%

clique com o botão direito e exclua.

Todos os arquivos nesse diretório devem terminar com

listar ou salvar - nada mais.

Agora faça

Ctrl + Alt + T, isso deve abrir um terminal - execute este comando

sudo apt-get update

Isso deve atualizar o apt, se você receber mais erros, por favor, adicione-os à pergunta.

Uma vez feito isso, execute isto e poste erros se você obtiver algum.

gimp

Você pode instalar o gimp no terminal com

sudo apt-get install gimp

ou pesquise por gimp no Ubuntu Software Center e instale-o a partir daí.
