eu estou falando como novo usuário do ubuntu, eu apenas instalei o ubuntu 10.04 no meu laptop, mas ele está rodando bem devagar ...
Então, estou aqui para fazer uma pergunta: qual versão do ubuntu pode caber no meu laptop MAXDATA Eco 3100x,.
E a tela congela às vezes, eu instalei o lubuntu e xubuntu extention, ainda problema .. MAybe é um driver de vídeo não configurado como deveria, eu tive o mesmo problema com o windows xp, mas instalei os drivers de vídeo vga então tudo correu bem. Mas no Ubuntu este driver não consegui instalar, o que fazer?

Se o Ubuntu estiver lento, você provavelmente precisará alterar suas configurações. Clique com o botão direito do mouse em algum lugar da área de trabalho e selecione "Plano de fundo". Em seguida, clique na guia "Configuração Visual" e marque "Nenhum". Se você precisa de jogos e aplicativos que rodam em uma máquina mais lenta, então eu recomendaria o dotdeb.com, esses jogos funcionam muito bem no meu laptop e são um dos menos intensivos em recursos que eu já vi.
