BRACKETS removido pelo upgrade para o 17.04 e agora não consigo instalá-lo

Eu tinha o Ubuntu 16.04, mas quando atualizei para o 17.04, durante o processo, o editor de colchetes foi removido e agora não consigo instalá-lo.

$ sudo apt install brackets

  brackets :

Para instalar no Ubuntu 17.04:

  1. Adicione ppa e atualize:

    sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/brackets
    sudo apt-get update
    
  2. Instale com:

    sudo apt install brackets
