Erro: Xenial Release Repositório O cdrom não possui um arquivo Release [duplicado]

Novo no Linux a partir de 5 dias atrás .. tudo bem apenas 1 questão, por favor ajude

Eu recebo isso sempre que tento atualizar usando o apt-get update.

Abra o aplicativo "Software e atualizações", abra a guia "Outro software" e desmarque todos os itens que começam com cdrom ou relacionem-se ao repositório para o qual você recebeu o erro.

execute novamente o apt-get update. que deve remover o erro.
