Falha na instalação do HandBreak

Eu acabei de pegar o Ubuntu outro dia com meu novo PC 8-core. De qualquer forma, eu estava tentando obter o Handbrake para converter / comprimir meus vídeos para transferência de arquivos. Então eu procurei e encontrei a instalação "ppa" que foi algo como:

# To add one of these to your sources, simply run:    
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:stebbins/handbrake-releases

ou

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:stebbins/handbrake-snapshots depending on which you want. 
# To install HandBrake, run:
sudo apt-get update  sudo apt-get install handbrake-gtk


# Alternatively, if you would prefer the CLI over the GUI, replace the last line with:  
sudo apt-get install handbrake-client

De qualquer forma, eu fiz isso, mas quando eu fiz sudo apt-get install handbreak-gtk , surgiu:

sudo apt-get install handbrake-client.
Reading package lists... Done.
Building dependency tree.
Reading state information... Done.

E: Unable to locate package handbrake-client

link mostra que há algumas partes omitidas da adição requerida. É preciso começar com link e existem diferentes linhas para diferentes versões do Ubuntu ... e ainda nenhuma para o 13.10.
