Olá, eu tenho um Dell Precision 5520 (comprado em fevereiro de 2018) com o adaptador de rede sem fio Qualcomm Atheros QCA6174 802.11ac executando o Ubuntu 18.04.
Estou tendo problemas com a conexão Bluetooth entre o laptop e meu mouse sem fio Logitech MX Master. O computador perderá a conexão com o mouse várias vezes por dia. Quando isso acontece, o ícone do bluetooth no canto superior direito da tela desaparece. Ao verificar o painel de preferências do sistema Bluetooth, o Bluetooth está desativado. Eu posso alternar o interruptor para "on", mas o bluetooth permanece desligado. Nem reiniciando o computador nem ligando o computador para trazer o bluetooth de volta. $ sudo service bluetooth restart também não funciona. Além disso, eu estava executando o Ubuntu 16.04 até sexta-feira passada. Eu experimentei este problema em 16.04, mas aconteceu com muito menos frequência (uma vez a cada duas semanas ou mais). Fiz o upgrade para 18.04, à frente de 18.04.1, na esperança de que um kernel / driver mais novo funcionasse melhor com meu novo hardware. Agora, abaixo de 18.04, o bluetooth está travando várias vezes por dia.

eu tinha no Ubuntu 16.04, por vezes, problemas de bluetooth, que eu resolvi com um outro aplicativo
sudo apt install blueman
então eu tenho meus problemas de conexão blutooth principalmente resolvidos, e o manuseio de múltiplos adaptadores blutooth é configurável.
então não sou especialista em hardware.
