Parece que algum dispositivo é desativado pela configuração do BIOS
veja dmesg | grep -i tpm

Configure o BIOS para ativar o 'Security Chip' e o dispositivo do sensor de impressão digital na seção 'Security' e na seção 'I / O ports'.

Com o meu (antigo) Lenovo Thinkpad, tive que editar a configuração da bios a partir de 3 áreas distintas.
