Snaps retardam o boot criando loops?

Acabei de atualizar para o 18.04 e, diante de uma inicialização lenta, executei o seguinte:

Parece que meu dispositivo principal leva 14 segundos (não tenho certeza se isso é muito), mas todos esses dispositivos de loop (snaps?) somam muito tempo também. Isso é comportamento normal? Existe alguma outra maneira de reduzir o tempo de inicialização além de desinstalá-los?
