Instalado o Ubuntu 18.04 após o Windows 7 e inicializar as opções de inicialização do GRUB:

Ele inicializa com sucesso no Ubuntu padrão após o tempo limite, se nada for digitado pelo teclado.
No entanto, se eu mover o realce para baixo, pressionando a tecla de seta para baixo, ele congela na opção 2. Então ele não responde a nenhuma entrada de teclado.
Eu tentei arranjar-reparar muitas vezes e EasyBCD e até substitui o teclado, mas o mesmo problema persiste. por favor veja as informações de inicialização abaixo:
