Dependências não atendidas ao tentar instalar o python3-pip no Ubuntu 18.04

1. Certifique-se de remover todas as fontes não padrão de sources.lst
2. Verifique e remova todo o software que foi instalado anteriormente, mas que tenha deixado alguns pacotes
3. apt update
4. Instalar
