apt-get upgrade Erro 403 proibido

Estou executando o Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS.

sudo apt-get update funciona bem, mas quando eu executo o sudo apt-get upgrade eu recebo estes erros: (NOTA: eu já mudei o servidor de download do source.list para o archive.ubuntu.com ao invés do pt.archive .ubuntu.com)

Tente ver se o seu arquivo está corrompido no seu repositório apt local. Redefinir usando 

sudo rm -fr /var/lib/apt/lists/*
