Um estranho problema de desempenho de vídeo surgiu. Estou recebendo uma reprodução de vídeo regular. Meio difícil de explicar, mas farei o meu melhor.
Enquanto estiver fazendo alguma atividade (como rolagem em um navegador da Web, reprodução de vídeo (gif / jif), jogos (Sobrevivendo a Marte via Steam), falhas do VLC, etc.) minhas telas serão "pausadas" por um décimo de segundo como se estivesse derrubando quadros e depois recomeça. Repete a cada segundo a dois segundos. A esquisitice é que a renderização 2D / 3D quando não está 'soluçando' é incrível e impressionante.
Esta é uma nova instalação de um 16.04 e dentro de uma semana para 18.04, logo após 18.04 sair.
Eu já atualizei todo o meu software (até onde sei), reiniciado. Rodando 4.15.0-20 genérico. Quais outras informações você precisa?
